Our Church is A Busy Place

We Think of Ourselves as A Resource to the Community

Northwood Presbyterian Child Care Center

The Child Care Center housed in our building began as a Northwood Co-op Nursery.  Northwood members serve on the board of what is now a non-profit mission to the community. The program is dedicated to providing quality educational enrichment programs for preschool children, before and after-school care for grade school children, and a full time summer program for children ages 2 to 11. Northwood Presbyterian Child Care Center, Inc (NPCCCI) is licensed by the office of Child Care Licensing and Regulation of the Maryland State Department of Human Resources.

PARTNERSHIP CONGREGATIONS

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in all.

(Ephesians 4:4-6)

We at Northwood Presbyterian Church are glad that we are able to share our beautiful sanctuary and wonderful facility with other brothers and sisters in Christ.

The Tamil Christian Church

The Tamil Church has worshipped here for many years now, gathering at 7:00 on Saturday evenings on the first and third week of every month. Led by Rev. Justin Nathaniel, their bi-lingual services (English and Tamil) minister to the needs of Tamil speaking Asian Indians in this area. You are encouraged to visit their website.
